Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wristshine, Prešernov trg 4, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. By accessing or using wristshine.world, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Wristshine operates an online platform for the sale and distribution of musical instruments and related accessories. We provide product information, customer support, and facilitate transactions for musical instruments within Slovenia and internationally.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices for musical instruments are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is completely error-free, current, or complete.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. Prices may change without prior notice.

Orders and Contracts

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the musical instrument or product. All orders are subject to acceptance by Wristshine. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We will notify you if we cannot fulfill your order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Slovenian VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed before final checkout.

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched. We accept payment methods as indicated on our website. All payment transactions are processed securely through certified payment service providers.

Delivery and Shipping

We ship musical instruments within Slovenia and to select international destinations. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Slovenian and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement.

Products must be returned in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation. You are responsible for the cost of returning products unless the item is defective or we made an error. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including personalized or custom-made items.

Warranties and Guarantees

All musical instruments come with statutory warranties as required by Slovenian and EU consumer protection laws. Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Manufacturer warranties may also apply. Warranty terms and conditions will be provided with your purchase.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on wristshine.world, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Wristshine or our content suppliers and is protected by Slovenian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Slovenian law, Wristshine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Slovenian law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of wristshine.world after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
